![]() It takes some knowledge of how to steer and it's a long battle but it gets easier as you learn the controls. Then zoom around staying away from the rear of the main fire ship and from the fire ships adds while shooting long range shots at that main ship til it dies. Make sure they got fire type captains on them, not boarding. ![]() I also brought 4 of the spanish purple ships of the line for their fire power, those 4 should be able to kill the second ship that will restrict your attacks before dying. Get long range cannons from blackbeard quest and recruiting henry or by doing the south american port for 10 purple stared sisel. Get two sailors with 10+ sailing so you are as quick or quicker than those fire ships. Get a full on rare ship of the line, the one with steering bonus, believe it's the one that's described as coming from france. I get caught up eventually by one of the "on fire" ships that continuously spawn, which basically burn your ship and sails in a matter of seconds. Then, every dozen seconds of so, ships on fire which basically are faster than a ship of the line fitted with 4 additional sails in front and back slots (I could get better main sails, but I don't really see the point if 4 additional secondary sails are pointless).Ĭurrently trying with ship of the line, but, basically. The boss rushes about half the time which brings her to about double the speed of my ship, somehow. ![]() Crew that cannot really be beaten unless you've got a rather high level crew of your own, which I'm I think really from from having the xp for. Anyone has any tips as to how to exactly beat that ?įirst of all, there might have been changes since the previous to last update, so to be sure we're on the same page.Ĭurrently I'm facing a 2 ship fight, both of them have apparently in the 10000 of hp and about 500 crew each.
